Are you not loving your order? We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items must be returned in undamaged, clean condition and from a smoke-free environment.

To start a return, please email care@kathybarlow.com including your Order Number. We will help you process your return and provide a shipping label for your purchase. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the US Post Office.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund of the item(s) cost minus the return shipping cost to your original method of payment.
